1. Use services lawfully
Customers must use hosting, email, DNS and related services in accordance with applicable laws and the rights of others. Illegal activity, fraud, phishing, distribution of malware and unauthorized access to systems are prohibited.
2. Spam and unsolicited messages
Services must not be used to send unsolicited bulk email, deceptive messages, malicious attachments or email that violates applicable anti-spam requirements. Customers must maintain proper consent and unsubscribe practices where required.
3. Security and misuse
Do not probe, attack or interfere with networks or accounts without authorization; run botnets; distribute malicious software; mine cryptocurrency without written permission; or use resources to degrade the platform for other customers.
4. Content and intellectual property
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to publish and distribute their content. Copyright infringement, impersonation, unlawful threats and content that violates applicable law are not permitted.
5. Fair use and shared resources
Shared hosting is designed for ordinary website workloads and is subject to technical limits, including a standard 100 GB storage maximum. Additional resource limits may apply as described in the applicable service details. Activity that materially impairs platform stability may require mitigation or migration to another service.
6. Customer software and updates
Customers are responsible for the security of software and plugins they manage. Outdated or compromised applications may create risks to other customers. We may ask for remediation or take temporary protective action where necessary.
7. Investigations and proportionate action
We may review credible abuse reports, request information, restrict affected functions or suspend services where reasonably necessary to protect systems and users. Where practical and safe, we will notify the customer and offer a chance to resolve the problem. Serious abuse may require immediate action or referral to appropriate authorities.
8. Reporting concerns
To report suspected abuse or security problems, open a ticket or email [email protected]. Include relevant domain names, timestamps and a description of the issue without sending passwords or unnecessary personal information.
9. Changes
We will provide reasonable notice of material changes to this policy, except where urgent security or legal requirements require earlier action.
