Shared hosting begins at $6.99 CAD/month. This includes 1 GB of storage, 10 email accounts, 5 domain aliases and 1 database. Additional resources are billed at the published rates.
How progressive storage pricing works
Storage is priced in bands. Your first 1 GB is included. Each additional GB is charged at the rate for the band it falls into, rather than charging your entire allocation at the highest rate. Standard shared hosting has a 100 GB maximum.
Preferred Monthly Budget
Your Preferred Monthly Budget is an alert threshold, not a spending limit. When projected charges reach the amount you choose, you receive a notification. Your website does not automatically shut down when the threshold is reached.
Where to find invoices
- Sign in to the client portal.
- Open the Billing or Invoices area.
- Select an invoice to review its charges and payment status.
- If something looks incorrect, open a billing ticket and include the invoice number.
Other charges
Domain registration is listed at $19.95 CAD/year for eligible standard extensions. Optional Managed Hosting is $22.95 CAD/month. Always review the order summary for the services you select.
