Email Setup

Create an email address

1. Sign in to your hosting control panel using the details in your welcome message.
2. Find the Email Accounts section and choose Create.
3. Enter the mailbox name and a strong password.
4. Save the mailbox and record the settings you will need for your email app.

Use webmail

Webmail lets you read email in a browser without configuring an app. Your welcome email or hosting control panel will show the correct webmail address for your account.

Set up Outlook or your phone

1. Add a new account in your email application.
2. Choose IMAP if you want messages to stay synchronized across devices.
3. Enter the incoming and outgoing mail server names provided in your account settings.
4. Use the full email address and password, and enable encrypted connections.
5. Send a test message and reply to it.

If email is not working

Check the password, mailbox storage and internet connection. If you recently changed DNS, mail records may still be updating. Open a support ticket and include the affected address and the error message, but never send us your password.
